- Petty Squabbles, A Controversial Sacred Cow and more Tony Blackburn
As well as potentially the most controversial and heated Sacred Cow ever, this week's podcast has John and Elis' best opening link too. Plus the duo discuss class, real ale, The Goonies, and Producer Dave's upcoming holiday. There's tales of petty squabbles and grudges alongside Winner Plays On, Textual Healing and more from Tony Blackburn's autobiography Poptastic.

- Google HQ, A Revealing Kimono and Empty Dancefloors
Elis and John are oh so hip this week after John took a trip to Google HQ and saw the office ping pong, Mind Exchanges and Thought Symposia. As well as hearing about your fun work situations, Elis defended the not-so-stupid Super Furry Animals after a controversial Sacred Cow, John took a look at an incredible celebrity autobiography, and Producer Dave gave a cautionary tale set in Benicassim. All this plus Textual Healing and a close-fought Winner Plays On.

- Shameless Smith-punnery, broadband theft and the return of Producer Dave
A truly epic round of 'Winner Plays On' features in this week's edition, as does the age old dilemma of do you or don't you attempt to steal your neighbours broadband password using your infant child as a decoy? Elsewhere, Elis and John enter the murky world of 'The Pun', and Producer Dave once again rules with his iron fist, after 'larging it' in Belgium last weekend.

- Life Hacks, Transport Without Curves and Producer Dave Splinched
No Producer Dave this week as he's off at a festival large-ing it, but Elis and John, the self-appointed "Un-Produceables", haven't let that stop them. This week they're attempting to talk about Life Hacks, but are distracted by the concept of transportation without curves. Plus there's Textual Healing, an unprepared Winner Plays On, and John's short essay on his 5 favourite albums.

- John's Childhood Acting Career, Your Toilet Disasters and some Starbucks Romance
We've got it all this week - a transatlantic Textual Healing, a hugely controversial Sacred Cow, an exciting round of Winner Plays On plus tales of John and Producer Dave's big night out last week. Elis and John also asked for your messages of toilet-related disasters, and you didn't disappoint. Plus Elis translated some Welsh words for John - it turns out the Welsh don't call milk "Cow Cow".

- Paul Daniels, The Boat That Rocked, Mick Hucknall MP and the Price of Gold.
More top drawer fun this week from Elis and John as they investigate the lies we've told each other, including some corkers about Gremlins, Mick Hucknall and the World Cup. In a change from the norm, Elis mocks John's clothing as the self-confessed hater of heat had the audacity to arrive in the studio in shorts. All this plus the regulars - Winner Plays On pits Elis' Triple Crown winning Welsh Rugby Team against John's encyclopaedic Sherlock Holmes knowledge, Sacred Cow puts The Rolling Stones up for debate, and Paul Daniels was on the phone for Textual Healing. Yup.

- Dads, Australia, Ian Botham and an utter pasting.
Welcome to the 18th instalment of the Elis James and John Robins podcast from XFM. Within this week's audio treat, as it's Father's Day, we get your very best 'cool dad' anecdotes, one member of the team gets an absolute hammering in regular feature 'Winner Plays On', and Chris is helped with his limited footballing knowledge in 'Textual Healing'. Also, listen out for a particularly ambitious impersonation of Janet Street-Porter from Mr Robins, and varied attempts at the Australian accent from Elis. Enjoy!

- Davids, Bend It Like Beckham and Visiting New York Alone
Lots of great stuff this week, but mainly just a list of famous Davids. You'll see why. John and Elis explore what is and isn't acceptable to do alone, Elis feels his comedy career has been threatened by a hen party on a train in South Wales, and Xfm's Josh Widdicombe takes a verbal battering from The Golden Voice of John Robins. All this plus the usual Winner Plays On, Sacred Cow, and a Bend It Like Beckham-based Textual Healing. All before the boys prove they don't know how to say goodbye.

- Anthea 'The Body' Turner, meeting your idols, Harry Potter abuse and Producer Dave's Joke
Welcome back! This week is a big one. John had an incredible celebrity experience, Producer Dave told the show's best joke, and Elis had a cheese toastie at Leigh Delamere services. The boys talked about meeting your idols and Elis reveals he turned down The Smiths' Johnny Marr. The Smiths themselves are up for debate in regular contentious feature Sacred Cow, an anonymous caller gets some linguistic advice in Textual Healing, Winner Plays On is back, and John takes a lot of abuse from Elis over his love of Harry Potter. All this plus some shocking news about Anthea 'The Body' Turner.

- Eating a prawn madras alone, your tales of bravery and crime-fighting, and some communal reading
Good news - John's back! Although he's been suffering with mouth ulcers, but don't worry he doesn't go on about it. Trauma for Elis this week too after he fell victim to a bag thief in central London. Our two heroes unsuccessfully chased the perps down Regent Street, so this week they've been asking for your tales of catching criminals and it turns out there are many brave vigilantes out there. Plus there's the usual Winner Plays On, Led Zeppelin are up for debate in Sacred Cow, and some relationship troubles are broached in Textual Healing. All this before John launches his campaign for office by asking you to keep live music alive.

- John in the future, special guest Roisin Conaty, Elis' memorable eyebrows and some Marriage Preparation Advice
Hello there! John is in New Zealand "blowing minds" (performing) this week, and so Elis was left to man the ship in his absence - but fear not, as a pajama-wearing Roisin Conaty stepped in (eventually) to help Elis, and John even made an appearance through the magic of the telephone. There's news of John's new Wikipedia page, mention of Gazza, and a quite incredible call in Textual Healing from Steve in Kent. Plus Elis and Roisin discuss your excuses for lateness, and Producer Simon talks us through a Marriage Preparation Class he recently attended.

- Easy-Going Elis, Invented Recipes, Producer Dave back from Amsterdam and Hungarian Throat Singing
Welcome back, welcome back. This week's podcast is high stakes, as Elis and John battle it out in Winner Plays On with Elis attempting to stop John's fifth win in a row - find out if he gets to keep the trophy! And find out if pint-sized Icelandic bohemian Bjork makes it into the paddock or the abattoir in Sacred Cow. Plus the boys find out about your bizarre invented food combinations (and get an angry reaction to a peanut butter and jalapeno sandwich). There's talk of all-nighters, Elis' laissez-faire attitude, and Producer Dave has returned, which is very exciting news.

- John's Birthday, Caerphilly Castle, Incontinence and A Doll's House
Welcome along to the best bits from comedian John Robins and sell-out Elis James. Only joking, but Elis does have news of an exciting advertising role he's taken on. There's the regular Winner Plays On, Textual Healing and Sacred Cow - will John survive nominating a quarter-Beatle for the abattoir? Plus we've got a variety of practical joke stories, some more terrifying than others, and most importantly Elis wishes Happy Birthday (Penblwydd Hapus) to John - he's a lucky guy.

The duo talk Lady In Red and Sweet Dreams My LA Ex, plus Elis' new DIY class. There's the usual Winner Plays On, this week featuring the bizarre choice of the 1992 General Election, and Prince is up for debate in Sacred Cow. All this before John enthuses about Toto's Africa.

Well aren't you in for a treat - two old men talking about vinyl. Not to worry, Elis and John have got the usual wit and hijinks too, with tales of John's weekend wedding and some stories of wedding nightmares. After last week's controversy, Winner Plays On returns with some new topics, and we're introduced to Producer Simon as regular producer, Producer Dave, is away. Plus there's one of those most rare radio moments - a shout-out.

- The Cafetiere Challenge, Standing Up To Idiots, A Southern Tinker and much more
You know the drill, more hilarity from our favourite duo. This week Elis and John took on the nation's troublemakers and encouraged us all to stand up to idiots, including the heckler John endured who had some choice words for our loveable southern comedian. Elis recounts a quite incredible commute to the studio, and there's the usual Sacred Cow - this week The Who were called into question - and a heated battle of Winner Plays On. Everything was eclipsed, however, by The Cafetiere Challenge. Making coffee, live on the radio. It's gold.

- Weird collections, objects with the best throwing weight, baby voice-ingtons, and much more.
Elis and John are back and this week, inspired by John's childhood Farthing Set, they're taking on a range of strange collections, including the usual stacks of old NMEs and the less usual boxes of scabs. Plus their collection of youth slang continues to grow, with a handy recap ICYMI. The usual features are back too, with Pink Floyd questioned in Sacred Cows, John's Ronnie O'Sullivan taking on Elis' Manic Street Preachers in The Winner Plays On and a Textual Healing concern regarding baby voices and in joke-ingtons.
