John's had it up to here with the dairy industry. That's just a fact, and he'll tell you himself. A quallo show today with all the right ingredients: Shame, badinage, some emails, humblebrags but definitely no milk. Unless it's some sort of nut milk.

John is going to the Inspirational Women awards event tonight but only realised today that it is black tie. He is currently wearing easy jeans and a brewery T-shirt. But he popped in to a high street store on the way to work to buy a suit - where the man serving him made him feel like a million dollars. He also worries he will accidentally do something inappropriate.
